Tom Juet Gra-Dook Mu
Pork rib stew

500 gr pork ribs
200 gr potatoes
200 ml beef stock (see recipe)
4 tbsp kecap asin
2 tbsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
5 cloves garlic
50 gr daikon (else rettich)
1 spring onion
½ tsp peppercorns
30 coriander leaves

Pound the garlic and de peppercorns fine. Chop the ribs into pieces, the daikon in slices and the potatoes in parts. Chop the spring onion and the coriander fine.
Heat in a pan the stock and add the garlic and the pepper. Then add the kecap, the palmsugar, the salt and the daikon. When the stock boils then add the ribs and let it simmer slowly for 90 minutes. Add the potatoes and let it simmer for another 30 minutes. Sprinkle the spring onion and coriander on top and serve
