Ayam Goreng Kalasan 
fried chicken kalasan

1 chicken
4 red lomboks
100 ml cocos water
1 tomato
2 shallots
3 salam leaves
3 cm laos
1 tsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Bruis the laos. Pound or grind the lomboks, the tomato and the shallots into a sauce. Heat in a wok the cocos water and add the chicken, the salam, the salt, the laos and the palmsugar and let it simmer slowly until the chicken is cooked and the fluids has evaporated. Serve the chicken with the sauce.
