spicy pork salad

225 gr pork
150 ml water
1 tsp salt
4 red rawits (small chilies)
3 green rawits
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
1 shallot
1 tsp celery

Cut the meat into thin strips. Heat in a pan the water and add the salt. Then add the meat and cook it for 2 minutes. Then drain. Cut the rawits, the shallot and the garlic very fine. Chop the celery into small pieces. Mix the rawits, the garlic, the lime juice, the nam pla, the celery and the shallot and pour it over the meat.
