200 gr pork
2 tbsp santen
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp kunyit
1 tsp lime juice
wooden skewers
Cut the meat into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and let it marinate for at least 3 hours. Thread the meat on the skewers and grill it over a charcoal fire for 5 minutes until tender and brown
