green curry paste
Ingredients:
4 green lomboks
1 tsp black peppercorns
3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 serai/sereh/lemon grass, white part
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp jinten
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 tsp terais/trasi/shrimp paste
2 cm kunyit
7 sprigs of coriander (with stems and root)
1 tbsp oil
Preparation:
Pound or grind all ingredients into a paste
