Bahan-Bahan:

250 gr ground beef
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
3 red lomboks
300 ml of coconut milk
2 salam leaf
4 cm lengkuas / galangal
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 red lomboks
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Mix the meat with the salt and egg and form small balls (marbles). Steam the balls until done and set aside. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the balls half dry.
Cut the lomboks into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan 3 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and the balls and cook until the oil is released. Then add the lomboks and fry until soft Serve with rice or lontong.
