stir-fry of cuciwis / brussel sprouts with mushrooms
200 gr cuciwis / kailan / green cabbage, otherwis brussel sprouts
100 g mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic
2 dried lomboks
1 tsp saus tomat
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
50 ml chicken broth
2 tbsp oil
Halve the vegetables and cut the mushrooms into slices. Finely chop the garlic and the lomboks.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the lomboks for 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and mix well.
Then add the tomato, pepper, salt, palm sugar, broth and water and mix well. Fry until done and serve.
