Sosis Solo
stuffed crepes

ingredients crepes:
5 eggs
125 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
1 tsp salt

ingredients filling:
200 gr minced lamb
1 egg
3 tbsp santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1/2 tbsp jinten (cumin)
1/2 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 kemiri (candle nuts)
1/2 tsp palmsuger
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:

Beat the eggs together with the santen and the salt. Heat a frying pan and bake 15 thine omelettes

Roast the kemiri dry in a skliit and pound or grind it fine. Slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat together with the jinten, the ketumbar, the shallots, the garlic, the egg and the santen until dry. Mix in the salt and the palmsugar.
