Bola Daging Cabai Lada Hitam

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr minced meat (beef)
1 green lombok
1/2 tsp salt
Bahan tumisan:
ingredients sauce:
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
3 green lomboks
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml of water
1 spring onion
1 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Mince the lombok and mix it with the salt and the mince and form small balls. Cut the onion into thin slices, chop the garlic finely. Seed the lomboks and cut them into rough pieces. Cut the spring onion into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the meatballs and fry them until it changes colour. Then add the lomboks, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water, the kecap and the oyster sauce and cook well. Spoon in the spring onion and serve.
