atjar/acar/ pickle of vegetables

75 gr green beans
4 cabbage leaves
1 cucumber
1 carrot
50 gr bean sprouts
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp oil

6 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri nuts
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 red lombok
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Deseed the cucumber and then cut it into thin strips. Slice the cabbage and the green beans finely. Cut the carrot julienne. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the green beans, the cabbage, the carrot, the bean sprouts and the cucumber and fry until soft.
Then add the palmsugar and the vinegar and mix well. Fry until done.
