Telur Tersembunyi
Hidden egg

7 eggs
350 gr minced meat
2 slices of bread
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Bahan-bahan saus:
Ingredients sauce:
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis
200 ml chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Boil 5 eggs in water until hard. Peel them and carve them. Soak the bread in water and press them. Divide the 2 remaining eggs. Mix the minced meat with the bread, the nutmeg, the pepper, the salt and the yolks. Divide the mixture in 5 portions. Coat the eggs with the portions and roll the through the egg white and the covered it with breadcrumbs. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the eggs golden brown. Serve it with the sauce.

Cara membuat saus:
Cut the onion and the garlic fine. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, the kecap, the stock, the pepper and salt and let it cook slowly until the sauce has thickened.
