Semur Buntut Sapi Santan
Oxtail stewed in a coconut milk sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1000 gr oxtail
5 jeruk purut leaves
3 salam leaves
1000 ml coconut milk
6 tbsp kecap manis
4 tbsp oil

Bumbu:
7 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
4 kemiri/candlenuts
3 cm jahe
4 cm laos
1 tbsp ketumbar
1/4 tsp jinten
1 tsp salt

2 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the jeruk purut and the salam and fry until dry. Then add the meat and fry until it changes colour.
Then add the coconutmilk and the kecap and cook it slowly until done. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
