Savory vegetables with coconut
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
12 kacang panjang / snake beans
3 branches of kemangi
3 small cucumbers
100 gr of tauge / bean sprouts
100 g of cabbage
25 gr peteh beans
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
150 gr grated coconut
4 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
1 red lombok
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm kencur
1 tsp salt
Cara memuat:
preparation:
Cut the beans into 1 cm long pieces, deseed the cucumbers and cut into pieces and slice the cabbage finely. Halve the peteh beans. Mix the vegetables together well.
First steam the coconut and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu without the coconut into a paste. Then mix in the coconut. Mix the coconut mixture with the vegetables and serve.
