Limpa goreng kunyit
fried yellow beef spleen

500 gr beef spleen
2 salam leaves
2 lemongrass 
800 ml water
6 cloves garlic
5 shallots
5 candle nuts
4 cm turmeric
4 cm laos
4 cm ginger
2 theel salt
Cara membuat:
Slice the spleen into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and add the spleen, the salam, the lemongrass and the paste and cook until the spleen has softened. Drain.
Heat in a pan the oil fry the pieces of spleen brown and cooked through.
