Telur Taosi
Eggs in a spicy sauce

8 eggs, hard boiled
1 shallot
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
3 red lomboks
3 green lomboks
1 tbsp taosi
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
1 spring onion
2 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the shalot into thin slices and chop the garlic finely. Slice the lomboks into thin rings and spring onion into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallot, garlic and jahe for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks and the taosi and fry until soft. Then add the eggs, the oyster sauce, the saus tomat, the kecap, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well.
Then add water and bring to the boil while stirring. Then spoon in the spring onion and serve.
