Omelet Bayam Kentang

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
5 eggs
1 bunch bayam (50g spinach)
2 potatoes, cooked steamed / boiled
1 shallot
2 red chilies
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Beat the eggs and cut the potatoes and shallots into slices. Deseed the chilies and chop finely. Mix the eggs with the bayam, shallot, chilies, salt and pepper.
Heat in a pan the oil and place the slices of potato in it. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and bake the omelet.
