spicy eggs with apple
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
6 eggs, hardboiled
100 ml water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves garlic
5 red lomboks
200 gr apple Malang
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinager
Cara mambuat:
preparation/method:
Peel the eggs. Slice the apple into small cubes. Pound or grind the garlic and the lomboks fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the water and add the garlic, the lomboks and the eggs followed by the apple and let it simmer slowly until th spices penatrated the eggs and the apple turned soft. Then add the palmsugar, the salt and the vinager and let it simmer slowly until the sauce had thickened.
