Telur sambal hijau Cabai
quail eggs in a green chile sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
25 quail eggs, cooked and peeled;
3 green tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
300 ml of water
4 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
8 shallots
1 tsp ebi
4 cloves garlic
8 green chilies
3 green rawits
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1 lemongrass
2 cm jahe
1 cm kencur
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the eggs golden brown and remove them from the pan. Fry the bumbu with the tomatoes for 3 minutes. Add the eggs, the salt and the sugar. Then add water and cook cooked until the sauce has thickened.
