Seasoned eggs in spicy sauce

10 eggs, hard boiled
1/8 tsp jinten
1/8 tsp anise
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 salam leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 cm cinnamon
300 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp oil

4 shallots
5 red lomboks
1 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe
2 cm laos
3 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 tsp ketumbar

Cara Membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu together with the jinten, anise, nutmeg, cinnamon and salam for 4 minutes. Add the eggs and mix well. Pour in the coconut milk slowly and bring to the boil. Then add salt and palm sugar and cook it slowly until the sauce has thickened.
