Telur Oseng Petai
spicy egg with petai beans

6 eggs
4 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
2 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 green lomboks
1 red lombok
17 petai/peteh beans
250 ml coconut milk (from 1/4 coconut)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 sprigs kemangi
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the garlic and shallots into thin slices. Cut the lomboks into thin rings. Cut the petai into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic together with the salam and the galangal for 4 minutes. Then add the lomboks and the petai and fry until soft. Then add the eggs and mix well into a homogeneous mass.
Then add the coconut milk, salt, palm sugar and pepper. Then mix in the kemangi and fry it until done and firm. Serve.
