Telur Masak Santan
spicy eggs stewed in coconut milk
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
8 duck eggs, cooked
2 salam leaves
3 jeruk purut leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
2 cm jahe
1 cm laos
3 red lomboks
3 green lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
700 ml of coconut milk
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 kemiri nuts
5 red lomboks
2 red rawits
1 cm kunyit
2 cm of kencur
1 tsp ketumbar
Cara menbuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the lomboks into thick rings.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the jeruk purut, the laos, the sereh and the jahe for 5 minutes. Then add the lomboks and fry until soft. Then add the eggs, salt, palm sugar and coconut milk and mix well. Cook the whole until done and until the sauce thickens.
