Telur pecel bumbu santan
omelet with eggplant en coconutmilk


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
3 eggs
1 long thin eggplant
100 ml santen

Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 red lombok
5 red rawits
3 cloves garlic
3 kemiri / candlenuts
1/2 tsp trasi / shrimp paste
1 cm kencur
1/4 tsp asam / tamarinde
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Roas the eggplant and peel the skin then cut the eggplant in thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste and mix in the santen.
Heat in a pan the coconutmilk mixture and add the eggs and aubergine an fry and stir it until the eggs are cooked.
