Gulai Telur Tauco
eggs stewed in coconut milk
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
7 eggs, hard-boiled
750 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
2 honje / kecombrang
1 asam kandis
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
2 tbsp tauco
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the eggs. Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the eggs until brown and set aside. Cut the kecombrang into 1 cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the coconut milk together with the bumbu in a pan and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the eggs, the kecombrang, the asam kandis, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well.
Then continue to cook on low heat until everything is done and the sauce has thickened. Serve.
