Sayur Bening Tempe Kangkung
Spicy tempeh with kangkung

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 gr tempeh
100 g of beef (sucade)
5 shallots
3 red lomboks
2 salam leaf
2 cm laos
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp of palm sugar
1000 ml of water
500 ml chicken stock (see recipe)

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempeh into cubes, the meat into pieces, the shallots into thin slices and the chillies into slanted rings. Grate de laos.
Heat in a pan the water together with the meat and cook until done. Then add the shallots, chillies, salam and laos and cook for 4 minutes. Then add the tempeh, the kangkung, the salt, the palm sugar and the broth and cook slowly until done.
