1 chicken
5 green lomboks
24 red rawits
6 belimbing wuluh
4 green tomatoes
2 spring pnions
50 gr kemangi leaves
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
750 ml coconut milk
4 salam leaves
2 sereh / lemongrass
4 cm laos
16 banana leaf

5 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
4 kemiri/candlenuts
2 cm jahe
1 tbsp ketumbar

Cara Membuat:
Cut the chicken into 24 pieces, the lomboks in rings and the belimbing in slices. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and spring onions in 1 cm long pieces. Grate de laos, cut sereh into pieces and tear the salam into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Mix the chicken with the bumbu, salt and palm sugar, and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then add the lomboks, the rawits, the belimbing, the tomato, the spring onion, the kemangi and the coconut milk and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions. Take 2 banana leaves at a time and put the sereh, the salam and the laos on it and then 1 portion of the mixture. Fold it as a packaget and close it with biteng. Then steam the packets slowly for 1 hour until done.
