spicy eggs with petis
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
5 eggs, boiled
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 jeruk purut leaves
3 tbsp petis udang
200 ml coconut milk (from 1/4 coconut)
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
5 red rawits
2 cm lengkuas / laos
3 cm temu kunci
2 cm jahe / ginger
Cara membuat:

Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai and the jeruj purut for 5 minutes. Then add the petis and coconut milk and bring to the boil.
Then add the eggs and cook over low heat until the oil from the coconut milk is released. Serve
