Telur Petis
eggs in a spicy creamy sauce

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
5 eggs, cooked
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 jeruk purut leaves
1 1/2 tbsp petis
150 ml coconut milk (of 1/2 coconut)
10 red rawits
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
2 cm temu kunci
1 kemiri, roasted

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the eggs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the eggs until golden brown and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then add the petis and the coconut milk, mix well and bring to boil.
Then add the rawits and the eggs and cook until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
