Telur Puyuh Bumbu Bali
quail eggs in a spicy red sauce

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
20 quail eggs, hard boiled
5 jeruk purut leaves
2 sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp palmsugar
300 ml of water
3 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
8 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
7 red lomboks
2 red rawits
1 tsp trassi

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with lemongrass and jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the eggs and mix then add the salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Add the water and cook it slowly until the sauce has thickened
