eggs in peanut sauce

10 eggs, hard-boiled
1 red lombok
1 green lombok
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 salam leaf
1 tsp asam water
3 tbsp kecap manis
2 tsp salt
3 tsp palmsugar
500 ml of water

3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
1 red rawit
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi
100 gr peanuts

Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan of oil and fry the eggs until golden brown and set aside. Cut the lomboks into thin slices and strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan 1 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the jeruk purut and the salam and cook for another 2 minutes. Then add the eggs and mix well. Then add the asam water, the kecap, the salt, the palmsugar and the water and cook further until done.
