Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
6 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
5 jeruk purut
2 stalks lemongrass
1 asem kandis
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
350 ml water
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
2 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
5 cloves garlic
5 green chilies
4 kemiri nuts
2 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jeruk purut, the lemongrass and the asem kandis for 5 minutes. Add the eggs and mix gently. Add the water, salt and palm sugar and cook until all the liquid has evaporated. Stir in just before the end the lime juice.
