Sambal Goreng Taoco
quail eggs in green pepper sauce with tauco

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
20 quail eggs, cooked
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 green lomboks
1 jeruk purut leaf
1 tbsp tauco
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
300 ml of coconut milk
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 green lomboks
3 shallots
6 cloves of garlic

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the lomboks into thin rings. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the eggs around brown and set aside.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu with the jeruk purut, the sereh, the lomboks and the tauco for 4 minutes. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the palmsugar, the salt and the coconut milk and cook until done.
