Sala Lauak
Spiced balls from Sumatra
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
125 gr rice flour
15 gr rebon
1 kunyit leaf
1/2 tsp salt
175 ml boiling water
oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
1 cm kunyit
1 cm laos
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Soak the rebon first in warm water and let it drain well. Cut the Kunyit leaf very fine.
Mix the rice flour and the bumbu well and roast it dry in a skillet (until creamy). Then mix the rebon, kunyit, salt and boiling water through it. Divide the mass into 15 portions and form them in balls. Heat in a pan of plenty of oil and fry the balls golden brown and done.
