Sambal Goreng Telor Petis 2
fried eggs in spicy sauce

4 eggs
1 white onion
2 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks (large chilies)
1 tbsp petis
3 cm laos
1 sereh / lemongrass
100 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)

Cara membuat:
Boil the eggs for 8 minutes in water and peel them. Pound or grind the onion, the garlic, the lomboks and the laos into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the eggs golden brown and remove the eggs. Pour out the oil but leave 2 tbsp behind. Fry the paste in te oil for 3 minutes and add the santen, the petis, the sereh and the eggs and let it simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
