Semur Telur Puyuh Tahu
Eggs with tahu in spicy sauce

20 quail eggs, boiled and peeled
200 gr tahu
2 salam leaves
3 tbsp kecap manis
3 cm laos
3 red lomboks
500 ml coconut milk
1 tsp palm sugar

3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
4 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tablespoon ebi, soaked and roasted

Cara Membuat:
Cut the tahu into 6 slices. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the tahu brown and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the lomboks into slanted rings. Grate de laos. Heat in a pan 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the bumbu with the laos and the salam for 4 minutes. Then add the lomboks, the eggs, the tahu, the kecap and the palm sugar and mix well and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and simmer gently until everything is cooked.
