Stuffed eggs in kecap sauce

8 eggs, hard boiled
100 grams of mackerel
50 gr chicken mince
1 egg white
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp palmsuker
1 tbsp corn starch

Bumbu semur:
Seasoning sauce:
2 salam leaves
3 sereh / lemongrass
5 cloves
2 cm laos/galanga
6 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
300 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
4 kemiri/candlenuts

Cara Membuat:
Halve the eggs and remove the egg yolk. Mince the mackerel and mix with chicken mince, egg yolk and the egg white. Add the salt, pepper, nutmeg and corn starch and mix well. Fill the eggs with the mixture and steam until cooked.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Grind the cloves and grate the laos.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam, the sereh, the cloves and the laos for 4 minutes. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and nutmeg followed by water and mix well. Let it simmer gently until all herbs are well infused and the sauce thickens.
