Telur Kecap Sambal
Eggs in spicy kecap sauce

5 eggs, hard boiled
2 red lomboks
2 salam leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
250 santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
3 shallots
5 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbsp oil

5 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
5 kemiri notes
2 cm laos
2 cm jahe

Cara Membuat:
Cut the shallots and lomboks fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Then add the bumbu, sereh, lomboks, kecap and palm sugar and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the coconut milk, kecap, salt and eggs and cook it slowy until the sauce thickens.
