eggs in spicy green sauce

5 eggs, hard boiled
1 salam leaf
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 green tomato
1 cm laos/galangal
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp lime juice
250 ml water
3 tbsp oil

13 green lomboks
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic

Cara Membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a coarse paste. Cut tomato into small pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam, the jeruk purut and the laos for 4 minutes, add the tomato and fry until soft. Then add the eggs, salt, palm sugar and mix well. Then add the lime juice and the water and cook it gently until all tastes are well mixed.
