8 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
2 green tomatoes
2 salam leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
350 ml water
3 tablespoons oil
6 shallots
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
6 green chilies
3 green rawits
3 nuts kemiri
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam for 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the water, the salt and palm sugar and cook gently until the sauce has thickened.
