Sambal Terasi Telur Puyuh

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
20 quail eggs, cooked
2 red lomboks
3 red rawits
1 shallot
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp trasi / shrimp paste
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the lomboks, the rawits, the garlic and the shallot coarsely. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Heat a pan and fry the lomboks, rawits and shalots until soft. Add the tomatoes and fry until soft. Pound or grind together with garlic, trasi, salt and palm sugar into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the pasta for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and fry until done. Add a little chicken stock if it becomes too dry.
