Tempe tahu kotok

1 block tahu/tofu
1 block tempe
450 ml coconut milk
2 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
3 salam leaves
3 tbsp oil

5 spring onions
3 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks
2 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
9 kemiri / candle nuts
1 tsp jinten (cumin)
2 cm jahe (ginger)
4 cm kunyit (kurkuma)
4 cm laos
1 cm kencur (bitterroot)
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the tempe and tahu int small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients fot the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 3 minutes. Then add the coconut milk, the salam, the jerut purut, the tempe and the tahu and let it cook slowly until the tempe and tahu are done.
