Tempe Penyet Sambal Terasi
fried seasoned tempe with sambal

1 tempe (350 gr)
100 ml of water

4 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp ketumbar
2 cm kunyit
1 tsp salt

Bahan sambal terasi:
ingredients of sambal:
15 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
5 red rawits
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp terasi / trasi
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 jeruk limau (Citrus amblycarpa) else lime, juice
1 bunch of kemangi

Cara membuat:
Cut the tempe into slices of 1 1/2 cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix this with the water and the tempe and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tempe until brown and done. Then press the tempe into the sambal and wrap it with it. Serve.

Sambal terasi:
Heat a little oil from the tempe and fry the keriting, the rawits and the garlic until they are soft and brown.
Then pound or grind to a paste together with the terasi, salt and palm sugar. Then mix in the lime juice and the kemangi.
