Tempe Tumis Bawang
fried tempe with onion
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr tempe
10 peteh beans
4 cloves garlic
7 shallots
2 red chilies
1/2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
150 ml water
1 spring onion
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempeh into cubes, the garlic and the shallots into thin slices. Cut the chilies into rings and halve the peteh. Cut the spring onion into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots, chilies for 3 minutes. Add the tempeh and peteh and fry the tempe golden brown. Add the water, the kecap, salt and pepper and mix well. Bake slowly until done. Stir in the spring onions and serve.
