Tempe Tumis Sapi
fried tempe with beef

250 gr tempe
150 gr beef
3 green lomboks
2 red lomboks
2 tomatoes
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 salam leaf
1 cm laos
250 ml water
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Slic the meat into cubes and cook these in water until softened. Slice the tempe into cubes. Slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Slice the tomatoes into small parts. Slice the lomboks in rings.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic golden brown. Add the lomboks, the shallots, the salam, the laos and the tempe and fry it quick. Add the meat, the tomatoes, the water, the kecap and the salt and fry it until the fluid has evaporated, then serve.
