Tempeh Goreng Lengkuas
fried tempe seasoned with galangal

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
450 gr tempe
2 salam leaves
2 tsp palm sugar
2 tsp salt
600 ml of water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
100 gr laos/galangal
7 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri/candlenuts
2 sereh / lemongrass
5 cm kunyit
1 1/2 tsp ketumbar

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempe into 1x1x2cm strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the water with all ingredients except the oil and cook it until the liquid is absorbed / evaporated.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil and deep fry the tempe until golden brown. Serve.
