Bacem Tahu Bumbu Kuning
fragrant fried yellow coloured tahu/tofu

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr tahu/tofu
200 ml of coconut water
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
4 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
1 tbsp salt
3 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the coconut water together with the tahu, the bumbu, the serai and the laos and cook over medium heat and covered until the moisture has nearly evaporated. Then add the oil and fry the tahu while stirring.
