fried tahu with green pepper
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
1 tahu/tofu
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
1 tbsp kecap manis
10 green lomboks
100 gr soun, soaked in water
1 tsp salt
50 ml of water
oil
Haluskan;
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi
Cara membuat:

Cut the tahu into blocks and the lomboks into rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan of oil and fry the tahu brown and set aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes together with the laos. Then add the tahu, the kecap, salt and the water and mix well.
Then add the lomboks and soun and fry everything for a minute and until the sauce thickens. Serve.
