Tempeh Kecap
fried tempe in a kecap sauce

300 gr tempe
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 salam leaf
2 red lomboks
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
3 tbsp kecap manis

5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 cm lengkuas / galangal

Cara membuat:
Cut the tempe julienne. Cut the lomboks into slanted rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tempe until golden brown and then drain. Store 2 tbsp oil.
Heat in a pan the used oil and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the serai for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks and cook for another 2 minutes.
Then add the tempe, the kecap, the palmsugar and the salt and mix well. Serve.
