Sambal Tempe Kemangi - spicy tempe with kemangi

Sambal Tempe Kemangi

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr tempe
250 ml of water
1 tsp salt
3 cloves of garlic
3 red chilies, seeded
6 red cabai lkeriting (curly cayenne pepper)
6 red rawits
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp terasi / trasi bakar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp palsuiker
1 tomato
5 sprigs of kemangi
oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempe into cubes of 1 cm. Finely chop the garlic. Then mix the tempe with the water, the salt and the garlic and leave for 30 minutes. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the tempe brown and set aside.
Finley chop the tomato. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the lomboks, the keriting, the rawits, the shallots, the garlic and the trasi for 4 minutes. Then pound or grind to a coarse paste. Then mix in the salt, the palmsugar, the tomato and the kemangi. Mix this with the tempe and serve.
