Sambal Tempe Mercon
very spicy fried tempe

150 gr tempe
8 red rawits
2 red lomboks
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tomato
1 cm of kencur
1 tsp salt
10 sprigs of kemangi

Cara membuat:
Cut the lomboks into 3 cm pieces. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the tempe half-cooked and then pound or grind it coarsely.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the rawits, the lomboks, the garlic and the tomato until soft. Then pound or grind it coarsely. Grate the kencur and add this with the salt and the tempe and fry for another 2 minutes. Then mix in the kemangi and serve.
