Tempe Kuah Kecap
Tempe in a kecap sauce

1 block tempe (300 gr)
1 tomato
1 salam leaf
1 cm laos
2 tablespoons kecap manis
1 teaspoon of palm sugar
1 teaspoon salt
600 ml of water
1 teaspoon of asamwater
1 tablespoon of oil

3 shallots
2 red lomboks
4 cloves of garlic

Cara Membuat:
Cut the tempe in cubes and grate the laos. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mince the tomato.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and laos for 3 minutes. Add the tomato and bake until soft. Then add the salt, the palm sugar, the kecap and the tempe and mix everything well.
Then add the water and bring to the boil. Stir in the asam water and cook until done.
